Oval Victorian Burr Walnut Tilt Top Table c 1870. A beautiful oval walnut breakfast table with a quartered veneered burr walnut top which has intricate boxwood and ebony inlay in the centre and around the edge. The edge has a convex moulding beneath which there is a shallow frieze. The piece stands on a base with four legs on a central boss with a finial. The legs are initially turned and then join a squared section which tapers and turns outwards to carved feet mounted ion white ceramic castors.
Condition: Excellent.
