An absolutely stunning satinwood double tea caddy c1790. This beautiful tea caddy is in original unrestored condition making it extremely rare. The top has fan inlays with tulipwood cross banding and kingwood stringing. This design is replicated on the front and both sides. The back is the same but without the centre fan.
Inside the lid the theme continues with a half fan in the centre and two quarter fans in the upper corners.
There is a key and the lock does work.
You should treat yourself to this one because opportunities like this do not come up everyday.
